Do you provide any additional services?

Yes. Garrison offers additional services designed to help organizations better leverage technology and accommodate growth. Additional service offerings include specialties related to Microsoft’s implementation of Active Directory services, Microsoft Exchange Server, Customer Relationship Management (CRM) and other Microsoft-based services. Please contact us for more information, or to request a quote for your specific needs.

What are your geographic regions for onsite support?

Currently standard onsite support is only available in the Greater Phoenix Metropolitan Area. In some cases, Garrison can additionally provide onsite support in the following metropolitan areas as well: Tucson, Casa Grande, Flagstaff, Las Vegas and parts of Southern California. Customers outside of the Phoenix Metropolitan Area should contact Garrison for details and scheduling.

Do you provide remote support outside your geographic service areas?

Yes. Garrison is available nationally to assist with your remote support needs. After an initial setup, our technicians can work with you and your staff using remote support technologies to provide many of our core service offerings and additional consultative services.
