Complimentary Network Evaluation

Garrison IT is proud to offer a complimentary, confidential network evaluation to small- and mid-sized businesses in and around the Phoenix Metropolitan Area.

Our Complimentary Network Evaluation Includes:

  • For servers and workstations we will evaluate hard disk usage, memory utilization and processor demands. Our evaluation will include all servers and a directed sample of up to 20% of the workstations that are locally networked and available;

  • For the physical network, Garrison will provide evaluations of network speeds, potential throughput and bottlenecks; basic firewall configurations, and evaluation of WAN constraints where necessary;

  • Malware protection at the server and workstation levels, for prevention of viruses, spam, spyware, trojans and other unwanted software;

  • Additional checks as necessary include Environmental Factors, Security Concerns, as well as many more technical and security aspects often overlooked by small-business IT providers and/or individuals.

If you don’t currently have an IT maintenance program or if you are curious about the effectiveness or technical aptitude of your current provider, then schedule an appointment to have Garrison’s experienced network technicians perform a confidential network evaluation at no cost or obligation to you.

Garrison's technicians will perform an inspection and a high-level inventory of your servers, workstations and other network-related hardware, in addition to evaluation of several other environmental, security and technical factors that are often overlooked in small- to mid-sized business networks. After completing this inspection and clarifying any remaining questions, Garrison will prepare and deliver to you a confidential summary report outlining our findings and recommendations. This summary report is provided at no charge to you and without obligation.
